To subscribe to Smartiptvfire and access our services, you must be at least 18 years old.

2. Subscription-authorised connections

Each Smartiptvfire subscription allows only one (1) connection at a time. The use of several connections will result in the suspension of your subscription and IP, without reimbursement.

3. Availability of content

The number of live television channels and VOD (video-on-demand) content may change, update or be deleted at any time without notice.
Smartiptvfire does not control content, EPG (Electronic Program Guide) or content updates. Any changes in content categories or availability may occur at any time.

4. Unacceptable use

The rebroadcasting, transmission or distribution of the content we provide is strictly prohibited. Any participation in such activities will result in the immediate suspension of your account.

5. Content quality

Due to various factors such as your Internet Service Provider (ISP), Internet speed, bandwidth and streaming sources, Smartiptvfire cannot guarantee that the content will always be available or error-free.
Problems with buffering, blocking or reading content may arise. To minimise these problems, make sure you have a high-speed Internet connection and that your ISP allows access to our servers.

6. Use of Proxy/PNV

The use of Proxy or VPN services to access our IPTV is not allowed. Any use of these services may result in the suspension of your service without reimbursement.

7. Countries not covered

Smartiptvfire IPTV works worldwide, provided your ISP does not block access to our services.

8. Costs of use of data

You are responsible for all costs related to the use of data, Internet charges or other expenses incurred in using our IPTV services.

9. Payment information

All payment information provided must be accurate and up to date. You must be the owner or have the legal right to use the payment method for any purchase made on Smartiptvfire.

10. Amendments to the general conditions

Smartiptvfire reserves the right to adjust or modify these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice. These amendments will enter into force immediately after their publication.
The continued use of our services after any change indicates your recognition and acceptance of the amended conditions.

11. Tariffs and discounts

Our tariffs are subject to change at any time without notice.
Promotions or discounts will not apply retroactively to previously purchased services. No reimbursement will be made for services purchased prior to promotion.

12. Subscription details

You must follow the instructions provided to successfully purchase a subscription and access our services.
Any problems with your subscription should be reported in accordance with the guidelines provided.

13. Suspension and stopping times

Smartiptvfire may experience occasional downtime for reasons of maintenance or server maintenance. You recognise that you may not be notified in advance of such events.
Smartiptvfire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time without notice in the event of a violation of the conditions described.

14. Content ownership and registered trade mark

All content provided by Smartiptvfire, including logos, trademarks, images and written materials, is the exclusive property and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, download, share or use the trademarks or content of Smartiptvfire in any unauthorized manner.

15. Termination of service

Smartiptvfire reserves the right to terminate or limit immediately your use of the services or your access to content without notice if it is determined, at Quality Iptv’s sole discretion, that you have violated any of these Terms of General Terms or that you have engaged in unlawful conduct.

16. Language

- All communications, including conditions, policies and opinions related to your use of Smartiptvfir, will be made in French.
